Rachelle Lefevre

Rachelle Lefevre was born in Canada. Lefevre's first acting job came about when she was employed at a cafe. A Canadian film producer discovered the actress while she was serving tables. Lefevre moved to Los Angeles, where she gained a spot on the TV program What About Brian (2006). Lefevre who was as a teenager, working in an Montreal restaurant that served sushi, saw her plans to become an actor, and made contact with the casting director. It eventually led to her being cast in a Canadian sitcom. She appeared in several shows of David. Kelley's Boston Legal (2004). That led her to a starring performance in the 2008 U.S. adaption of BBC smash Life on Mars. The father of Lefevre is French. She was born in Montreal although she swore predominantly English. In 2004 because of the absence of English actors in Montreal she moved in Los Angeles. The actress landed her most prestigious movie role to date in Catherine Hardwicke's film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight. It is the first of a popular collection of novels for teens.
