Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on December 30, 1986. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top with her electronic pop music after getting the attention of the world through her hit songs "Starry Eyed," along with "Guns and Horses" in the year 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist with her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of writing songs that are both captivating and empathetic. Her style is similar in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other artists with similar styles.
