Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. She earned her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her college education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for many years and set higher goals each year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card to finish her college education. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she took first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. She was happy by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
